Picnic Ground Rentals

Our picnic grounds are located at 5835 State Rt. 2023, Clifford Twp., PA 18470. With a large bandstand, pavilions for shade, a spacious lawn for play and games, our picnic grounds are perfect for large gatherings, family reunions, company picnics, fundraising activities, and weddings.

The picnic grounds are available for rent to members and non-members.
     • $100.00 security deposit is require on all rentals. Refundable after rental with no damages including clean up.
     • Must have insurance policy to cover the rental
     (most of the time your home owner's insurance covers)
Rental NOT including alcohol requires $300,000.00-$500,000.00 coverage.
Rental INCLUDING alcohol requires $1,000,000.00 coverage.

Prices:
Active Member - $100.00 plus $100.00 security deposit.
Non-Member - Family Function/Non-Profit $250.00 plus $100.00 security deposit.
For Profit Event - $500.00 plus $100.00 security deposit.

Below is the contract to be printed and submitted for approval at a monthly meeting. Monthly meetings are the second Wednesday of every month at 7pm.
